Share dashboards

Now that you've created a dashboard, it's easy to share your workspace with individual users or all users in your enterprise.

To share an open dashboard, click the Sharing button in the top navigation bar.

Add one or more users or groups to the Invited Users list. In the example below, we name our new dashboard and share it with "allusers" so that anyone with access to your Deephaven instance can see the shared dashboard in their “All Dashboards” and “Shared with Me” lists.

Once a shared user opens the dashboard, they'll be notified if the owner has made changes to the dashboard. Choose to update now or later.
