Getting Help from Enterprise Support
There are four methods for reaching out to Deephaven Customer Support.
The email address for Deephaven Customer Support is firstname.lastname@example.org.
Responses to email inquiries are processed as quickly as possible, no later than 5 p.m. Eastern time on the next business day.
The link to Chat is located on every page of the enterprise documentation (bottom right corner).
Support representatives are available to assist via Live Chat from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
The Deephaven Support Team can be reached by calling +1 (855) 828-8445.
Support representatives are available to assist via telephone from 8 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time, Monday through Friday.
Live chat and Telephone support is not available on NYSE Holidays.
What version am I running?
You can access your systems version number from the web ui provided by your system administrator. Click the user settings button in the top left of the Deephaven web ui to open the user settings menu. At the bottom of the settings menu is the version number of the system.
It should read something similar to the below, depending on your exact version deployed.
